Founder of Explore Himalaya Group, he has built and scaled more than 15 enterprises and played a transformative role in modernizing Nepal’s tourism ecosystem. His international role as Vice Chair of PATA Headquarters strengthens HSAC Nepal’s global engagement and cross-border strategic outlook.

He oversees corporate strategy, investment structuring, capital optimization, and stakeholder engagement across hospitality, infrastructure, healthcare, agriculture, and emerging sectors. His leadership emphasizes scalable growth, governance-driven operations, and long-term value creation.

Shyam Lal Shrestha

Group Chief Financial Officer & Director – Finance and Governance

Shyam Lal Shrestha brings international financial governance expertise to HSAC Nepal. He is a qualified ACCA (UK) and CPA (USA), and a licensed auditor in Nepal and the United States.

He leads financial strategy, compliance oversight, audit systems, risk management, and capital structuring. His globally aligned reporting standards and cross-border credentials reinforce transparency, accountability, and investor confidence across the group.
